OPERATIONAL RULES

Close Dates Must Be Backed by Evidence

An Expected Close Date is an operational commitment, not a forecast preference. It must be set based on observable buyer behavior that supports the timeline, and it may only be extended when new buyer evidence supports a revised date. Internal optimism, seller preference, and administrative convenience are not grounds for extension.
