OPERATIONAL RULES

No Shared Logins

Sharing a user account between two or more people compromises individual accountability and makes it impossible to attribute sales commissions, activities, opportunity ownership, or data changes to a specific person. Troubleshooting updates, corrections, or deletions becomes increasingly difficult for sales managers and CRM administrators when actions cannot be traced to a single user. Sharing login credentials also introduces security risks that are difficult to control or audit.
