OPERATIONAL RULES

Close Opportunities Past Their Close Date

When an Expected Close Date passes and no buyer evidence exists to support a revised date, the Opportunity has no valid basis to remain open. It must be closed. An expired Expected Close Date without supporting evidence is not a scheduling problem - it is a signal that the conditions for a valid open Opportunity no longer exist.
