OPERATIONAL RULES

Corrections Are Added, Never Erased

When a record needs to be corrected, the correction must be added to the record without removing or overwriting what was originally there. History is immutable. A correction documents what the right interpretation is - it does not erase the original entry. This principle applies to all overrides without exception.
