Core objects
In full
Sales Creatio ships Contact, Account, Opportunity and Activity as four separate records. The opportunity page carries Contact, documented as the "Buyer contact or contact person of the buyer", and Account, documented as the "Buyer account", as two different lookups to two different objects rather than as one record type with a discriminator. An activity carries connected-object fields for Account, Contact, Opportunity, Contract, Document, Invoice, Order, Lead and Project, so work attaches directly to the opportunity. The vendor lists 360 degree customer view, opportunity management and activity management among the tools the product ships.

Pipeline stages
In full
The opportunity carries a Stage field, documented as the "Stage in the opportunity management process". Stages themselves are records in the Opportunity stages lookup, where the Number column "is used to define the sequence of stages in the sales pipeline" and each stage also carries Maximum probability, Final, Successful, Show in funnel and Show in progress bar. The order therefore lives on the stage data rather than on a view, and customers can add, rename and reorder stages in the lookup.

Status
No verdict
Every enumeration of the opportunity's fields that Creatio publishes lists Name, Contact, Account, Total contract value or Budget, Expected close date, Stage, Description, Owner, Product list, Closed on, Sales channel, Need type, Probability, Opportunity category, Channel, Partner, Source, Created on, Division and Reason for closing, and no attribute that says whether the opportunity is open or settled. Whether an opportunity is finished is a property of the stage it occupies: each record in the Opportunity stages lookup carries a Final checkbox, described as marking "the last stage of the opportunity", and the sales pipeline analytics exclude opportunities sitting on the Closed lost, Closed rejected and Closed rerouted stages. Ruled 30 Aug 2026: status and stage must be completely separate values, so an outcome read from the stage the record occupies is not a status attribute at all. Ruled 31 Aug 2026: Creatio publishes no object schema, and a page-level field reference is not an enumeration that can evidence an absence, so this is unresolved until the vendor answers rather than recorded as absent.

Searched: Creatio publishes no API object reference, schema or documented response body for the Opportunity object - its OData documentation describes the protocol and directs the reader at the instance's own metadata rather than listing any object's columns, and no community thread reproducing the Opportunity column list was found. The three enumerations relied on here are the vendor's own field references for the opportunity page, one of them from the 7.6 product help published under the earlier bpm'online branding, not an object schema, so this verdict is sent to the vendor for correction before publication.

Resolution
In part
Won and lost are read from the stage's own metadata. The Opportunity stages lookup carries a Successful checkbox alongside Final, applied to "final stages of the won opportunities", and the shipped stage list separates Closed won from Closed lost. The vendor's guidance for closing an opportunity is to "Select 'Closed won' if the opportunity was completed successfully" or Closed lost if it was not, so the outcome is carried by which stage the record ended on rather than by an attribute of its own.

Value
In full
The opportunity ships a monetary amount. The 8.x field reference documents Total contract value as the "Potential revenue of the contract after the deal is closed", and the older page reference names it Budget and Opportunity amount. Creatio treats the figure as money rather than as a plain number: monetary values are stored in a chosen currency, converted automatically by the rate in the Currencies lookup, and a product price added to an opportunity is converted to the base currency.

Scope of work
In full
Products attach to the opportunity as line items. The opportunity page reference documents a Products tab whose rows carry Product, Price, Number of licenses, Amount, Quoted on, Interest and Comment, and the 8.x field reference lists a Product list that is copied across when an opportunity is created from a lead. A free-text Description field is also shipped.

Expected close date
In full
Expected close date ships on the opportunity and is documented as the "Date when you expect to close the deal". It is a vendor field, not one the buyer creates.

Actual close date
In full
A separate Closed on field ships on the opportunity, distinct from the expected close date, and the Opportunities section offers a quick filter for opportunities closed within a specified period. The Forecasts section reads it: its Closed column is "calculated as a sum of values from the [Opportunity amount] field of all the opportunity records successfully closed within the specified time period". Vendor documentation does not state whether Creatio stamps the field itself when the opportunity reaches a final stage or whether a person enters it, which the feature does not require either way.

Opportunity owner
In full
Owner ships on the opportunity, documented as "The contact in charge of the opportunity". It is a real ownership reference rather than a creation stamp: Creatio's record permissions treat it as one, granting maximum permissions to "the record owner and the owner's management role" separately from the record author, and the Forecasts section uses Owner as a unit of measure so that forecasts can be built per sales rep.

Linked buyer
In full
The opportunity carries a Contact field documented as the "Buyer contact or contact person of the buyer", held separately from the Account field for the buying organization. The person link is therefore shipped rather than built.

Record preservation
In full
Closed opportunities stay in the Opportunities section and stay reportable. The section offers a quick filter for opportunities closed within a specified period, the Forecasts section sums the Opportunity amount of all opportunities successfully closed in a period against the plan, and the sales pipeline analytics report on opportunities that reached the Closed won stage. Nothing in vendor documentation describes closing removing or archiving the record out of reporting.

Structured lost reasons
In full
The opportunity page ships a Reason for closing field, documented as displayed once the opportunity is on a final stage with a probability of zero - that is, once it is lost. It is a lookup field rather than free text, so its values are a controlled list customers manage in the Lookups section, and Creatio's dashboards can count records of an object grouped by any of its columns, which makes the reasons countable in a report.

Email sync
In full
A user connects their own mailbox to Creatio and mail then runs both ways. Creatio downloads incoming mail into the product, uses it to "enrich contact data" and "links the emails to existing objects: accounts, contacts, etc.", and users send and reply from inside Creatio through the same mailbox. Connections are documented for preconfigured providers including Gmail with OAuth, for any IMAP and SMTP provider, and for Exchange and Microsoft 365 corporate domains, with a configurable upload frequency.

Calendar sync
In full
The sync runs on the activity object rather than on a date field, and both directions are documented, though not for the same provider. Outbound, "All Creatio activities that have the Show in calendar checkbox selected are synchronized" with the Google account set in the synchronization settings, and where a collective task is created in Google, Creatio adds the matching collective task and populates its Participants detail. Inbound, Creatio synchronizes activities from the Microsoft Exchange and Microsoft 365 calendar automatically on a chosen period, taking the default calendar only. Vendor documentation does not describe a general import of ordinary Google Calendar events, nor an export of Creatio activities to Exchange.

Schedulable activity types
In full
Activities are scheduled inside Creatio with a Title, Start and Due date and time, Status, Owner, Role and links to the account, contact, opportunity and other records, and appear in a calendar view. They carry a Category field, and the vendor states that "the lookup that stores the values for the Category field in the Activities section is called 'Activity category'", a lookup whose records customers add and edit themselves in the Lookups section. Activities can be filtered by the object's own columns, so the categories are reportable as well as recordable.

Opportunity reporting
In part
Two of the three reports are native. Stage conversion is shipped: the sales pipeline analytics show a stage conversion rate that "displays the percentage of opportunities that moved from one stage to another", calculated as the ratio of the current stage to the previous one, alongside a pipeline conversion expressed against the Qualification stage. A forecast is shipped: the Forecasts section plans sales turnover by period, by owner and by account, sets the Closed column from the sum of the Opportunity amount of opportunities closed in the period, and compares plan against actual. The overall win and loss rate is the gap. Creatio's dashboard widgets offer only count, sum, average, maximum and minimum on a single object, no ratio between two sets of records, and the pipeline conversion cannot stand in for a win rate because opportunities on Closed lost, Closed rejected and Closed rerouted stages are excluded from the pipeline calculation altogether.
